I didn't know where to post this but i'll put it in here. My truck has no rear running lights but the fronts work. I looked in to it with my power tester and found that when the brakes are on the running lights and brake lights work, when the brake is off there is no power to either of them. I also checked the 4 prong trailer connect and the same thing. I checked the bulbs and the fuses for power under the dash and they are good.

Tilt wheel?
Turn signals work? front and back? both sides?

Reason that I ask is that awhile back a wire in the tilt part broke and I had to put a pach there so that the turn signal would work for the driver side rear.

there I had running but no brake or turn.
