Help: Parking lights stuck on

I need help... the parking lights on my '95 are stuck on. I pulled the #4 fuse and pulled out the headlight switch and they're still on... does anyone have any suggestions on where I should look for the short?

I've got the exact same problem on my 1997 F250, did you ever resolve your problem?
