Help with id and solution to a problem

I was rotating my tires and noticed there was a seal loose and hanging behind my rotor on the front pass side. Can you tell me what it is so i can look for the replacement part please? Any other info is appreciated.

Your pic didn't show up...But I think your probably talking about the hub seal.
