I have a 1993 7.3 f-350 with a bad cylinder. I have located 2 possible used engines from either a 1988(151,000 mi.) or 1993(215,00 mi.) E350. I have read that the fuel filter, exhaust manifold, and a line for the IP must be changed , but will the brackets and accessories from my 1993 sepentine setup bolt directly to the 1988 v-belt motor?

same bolt holes on each head yes the long block is the same now they bolt up as far as ive seen

the only difference on the e than the f is accessory mounts (block and heads still same) and the oil cooler and exhaust manifolds

your exhast manifolds will bolt up too so you can keep your pipes

What is wrong with the bad cylinder.............on the 7.3

only 140# of compression on #4 cylinder. others are anywhere from 300 to 380.
