Just got done puttin gauges in and now my truck had a dead battery put battery charger on and it just turns over good and fast but wont fire. almost like theres no fuel. i tried disconecting the gauges what could it be?

i put the chip in yesterday and its been working fine until tonight i when i discounected the batteries. could it be the chip??

Certainly could be the chip. If you were working in the area of the PCM when wiring the gauges, you may have bumped the chip loose. Try removing the chip (with the power off), and see what happens. If it starts, then try reinstalling the chip and try starting again.

Are you getting the wait to start light?
Also, when you put your chip in, make sure to secure it in place with clear shipping tape.

I agree with them all, also if your batteries were low, charge them GOOD, they need to be up to start these beasts, (Lots of amperage required for more than just "Turning over quickly"..)

I always have the KEYS OUT OF THE IGNITION, AND LAYING ON THE FLOOR infront of my face while messing with my chip,,,
