Have a set of retro-solution hid fog lights just got ballast back and lights worked great turned them off and went inside and ignition was off as was the light switch but fog light was still on anyone have any ideas as to what may cause these lights to be on when lights are off?

Did you use there harness with the relay in it? or did you just plug the fog light plug into the ballast?
If you used the harness with the relay in it. Pull the relay out & if the fog light goes out, may have a bad relay. I would start there.
