High pitch sound at 2750 rpm

Hey everyone, I need some help on why I have a high pitch sound when my F250 7.3 down shifts on a hill towing a camper. There is no sound until the rpm's hit 2750. Then when I back off the throttle the sound quits. Any ideas?
