Yes it was changed out a week earlier

Plus they just change the high pressure oil pump said it went out of it any thoughts on any of this thanks

It means a piece of trash went through the high pressure pump and through the IPR screen. It may be lodged inside and is a good reason to change the IPR. There are some videos on Youtube about taking the IPR apart and cleaning it, but I don't know what degree of success there is with that.

A new screen and o-rings are gonna cost you $40. A new IPR is only $190 and it comes with the screen and o-rings.
