I want to put 35's on my 03. Do I have to lift the whole truck, just use a leveling kit or what? What is the biggest tire I can run stock and how big with a leveling kit? What is the best leveling kits?

You might, and thats a big might, could fit them stock, but I'm pretty sure there would be rubbing, the best thing for you to do would be to get a leveling kit, or even better a 4" lift. I'f I were you I'd go with a leveling kit from Donahoe Racing, they make the best lifts for Super Duties. As for stock with no rubbing, I have 305's on mine stock with no rubbing at all, thats as big as I would go stock, but 305's just aren't enough for me. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I've got a 3 inch leveling kit from Edge with 315s, on 16x8s. with only minor rubing on the drivers spring at full left. some day i'll put in some steering stops.

an adjustable trac bar may cure your rubbing problems also, sounds like your axle is off center. but usually youd rub the passenger side... do you have a relocation bracket?

go with a leveling kit. run either the factory rims or 8" wide and you should be fine. run a 10" wheel and youll rub the fenders front and back...

If you only want to put on a leveling kit and run 35" tall tires, you'll have to look closely for a narrow tall tire. At some point lock to lock you will most likely rub. Just about everyone agrees that for 35" tires you will need at least 4" of lift. The flip side is that you could go with the cutout fender flares. The flares will also help you cover the tires if you go with wider tires.
Look up my pictures in the photo section (I have yet to learn how to link to them) and you will see my truck with the 4.5” lift and 35-12.5X18 tires.

Ditto what mikeym said although I do have 315's on 17x10 wheel's with an adjustable track bar. BS is 4 5/8". Lock to lock, no rubbing at all except for when I back out of the driveway and hit the rain gutter w/steering locked. Something lightly hits at that point but that's it. Otherwise, no rub at all.
