I built my own website using Yahoo as my provider. They make it very easy to use, complete with step by step instructions for setting up a domain name. Included in the price is your choice of a website design program & they waive the domain name fees when you sign up. I went with their "sitebuilder" program(very easy to use). The yahoo web hosting has been flawless in the 3 years I have been using it. Here's a link to the Yahoo page. Have a look.
