Does anybody know how to remove the shift lever on an auto? I broke the end off of mine and it left the overdrive button hanging. I tried to get it but I cant figure it out. I see a flat clip in there that looks like it should just pull out but it don't.

there is a pin about 1 inch long that you have to push out in the upward direction.
