A local dealer by me has a truck exactly like this for 53K. This include the $3500 current rebate amount.

You should be able to negotiate the cash buying price down to $52k, or maybe even a hair over $51k (plus TT&L), unless you live in a high-cost area such as within commuting distance from NYC

I bought a similar priced truck for 54,200 +4250 in rebates, so I got it for right at 50. It ended up being about 11k off sticker.
