The header says it. I'm doing the upper col. bearing replacement and can't get the signal cam off. The Alldata sheet says just pry it off with a screwdriver, but it seems as though it's on with some sort of barb inside the cam as it is slightly loose on the col. but won't pry off. I'd rather not cut it off and then have to find a replacement. THANKS!

It's a snap fit. It will pry off, but it takes a little effort.
