I replaced the hpop gaskets and seals on my 95 7.3 turbo but now it will not start I need some ideas cause the tachometer does jump while turning it over and when I unplug the plug on the driver side valve cover the check engine light come on but still does not hit a lick

If you have a dry high pressure oil system it is going to take quite a while to start the truck. And even once it starts it won't run that well until you get all the air out of the high pressure oil system.

Crank for a while and let the starter rest. While it is resting check the oil level in the HPOP reservoir and top off if needed. A battery charger on the batteries will also help keeping them topped off.

Definitely keep your batteries on a charger while you are cranking multiple times...it takes a while.
