on the back of the hpop there is a cover held in by a c-clip. that plate will either be flat or have a hump on it.

So the pump with the humped cover is the one I want. correct? Also is it worth changing from the flat to the humped cover if the pump on the truck currently can only maintain 1900psi at wot?

I currently am having the same problem with oil pressure and have tried many different options with no measurable results as of yet....but I am going to solve this and I will have good pressure. PM me if you need more help.

I'm in the same boat. This weekend I did some data gathering and graphing using the AutoEnginuity gizmo and Microsoft Excel.

CLICK HERE to see marginal pressure in "Tow Mode." The lower graph shows the duty cycle on the IPR.

CLICK HERE to see unaccpetable pressure in "Perf" setting. The pressure drops way low and the IPR % goes above 60.

I have the early 99 AB injectors, so I'm thinking a good later model pump will get me back on track. Bean's $2k dual pump setup sure is nice though. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif
