Anyone have one of those round covers that go in the middle of the original hubcaps that they would want to sell? One of mine fell off yesterday on the way home. Now it looks like crap!
I STOP REPLACING IT. seems like every time i replace someone takes it off. dealer cost too much...... good lucky finding one /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif
There are also an aftermarket hubcap made by alcoa (I think) that are basically the same expcept they don't have the ford emblem. Unfortunately they run about the same ($50).. Look through the archives for "hubcap" and there should be a post on that.
I purchased some center caps (rear) a couple years back from this company. Price for two is $55. Might try them. You have to line up and play with the lug nuts a bit to make them fit.But mine have not come off - they do not use the tabs as the Ford caps do.
I have a set of three stock hubcaps, lost one, I think they still have the center caps in them, at least the rear two as the truck they came off was a 4x4.
If you're interested, PM me.
