I had one and it was pretty good, but for the same price you can get a chip from DP tuner which is much better so I would recommend that. Give Jody a call 828-221-0076

I have a Hypertech. I pull a 28 foot travel trailer. It is fine for my needs.

Hypertech is good if you don't want to run any gauges.

You need gauges with any tunes!!! I suggest gauges for un chipped trucks as well.

I have been using one for about 120k mikes. Once you use it, you cant go back to stock program. Mainly keep it in program 1 which is tow. Seldom use program 2 which is about 6000 lb towing max. Use program 3 when empty and looking for mpg. No issues with tuner. Works just fine. 305k on truck. Takes a few minutes to change programs. This would be my only dislike.

iam using the superchips 1805 programer, been on mabye 10,000 miles, i had to put it back to stock program today to do the emissions test today, it passed, i coulnt wait to get it programed back, big difference in power. i know about the dp tuner and other chips but this programer works nice for the towinn and drivinn i do.
