Yesterday I wasn't paying attention to my fuel gauge and I ended up running down to about 15 miles to empty. Normally I always fill up at a quarter. So anyways, I filled up drove about 25 miles and suddenly at a stop light I feel it starting to miss. no CEL. I checked the codes on my tuner and found the P0264 and P0266.

P0264 Cylinder 2 Injector Circuit Low
P0266 Cylinder 2 Contribution/Balance

So, pulled into the nearest shop to get some fuel treatment. Thinking maybe some dirty got in the fuel line. They only had sea foam. Dumped 2 cans of sea foam in. Ran about 10 more miles to the house.

This morning I cleared the codes and started it. Let it warm up for a bit. Still heard the miss, but it wasn't as bad. Checked the codes on my way to work and found just the P0266. Until it fully warmed up then the miss was more prevalent and the P0264 came back.

Does this sound like my injector just died? or something might have clogged it?

Truck is a 2006, fuel filters changed 4 months ago. 5w40 T6 oil. Has 200k miles. 35k miles since bulletproof. FICM Voltage is steady at 48v. Running a Street tune from Innovative diesel. Any help would be helpful. Thank you!

Also, Ever since I bought the truck it would have a light blue smoke in the Street tune on cold starts, but not the extreme. I don't know if the tune could be a factor in this as well.

Your FICM is bad. P0266 is a dead giveaway. Injectors that go bad almost never set codes; you would get misfire at cruising speed, white smoke at idle, etc. Send you FICM to Ed at FICMRepair.com - FORD Powerstroke 6.0 FICM Repair, PHP Tuning and Truck Parts. Get the lifetime warranty service and the Atlas 40 tune. The truck will be better all around (better cold starts, better throttle response).

Off subject, but I need to know if an elevated idle switch is available for my 2013 6.7 powerstroke
Ron, welcome to the forums. You will get the answer you're looking for on the 6.7 forum. Put your cursor on the "Forums" tab, then scroll down to "2011-2016 Ford Super Duties", and then scroll sideways onto the drop down menu that creates & click on "6.7 Powerstroke Engine & Drivetrain". At the top of the forum it will have a button that reads "Start New Thread". Click on that and start a new post dedicated to your question. This will get you the best visibility with the members who can help you. I know a ton about the 6.0, but very little about the 6.7 because I don't own one.
