I took my truck into the local dealership for the tranny recall back in February and the truck was dirty on the bottom quarter behind both wheels from mud being kicked up. The dealership ran my truck through the on site automated car wash without rinsing it off first. Needless to say, I found scratches from bumper to bumper on the bottom quarter of my truck when I picked it up. I confronted the service manager and he said they would buff the scratches out.
Trying to make a long story short, they said that there was nothing else they could do and I couldn't prove that they did it.
I just realized that I never got one of those survey's from Ford(you know the one they remind you over, and over, again to fill out when you leave). Hmmmm, I wonder why.
So, my question is: Where can I send a letter to Ford to send in my own survey?
And as a heads up, don't take your truck in dirty, or ask them not to wash the vehicle. I'm out $250 for the deductable from my insurance to have it fixed.
