My 01 E350 is needing some bushings and Im not sure of the name of them. Im not real familiar with the twin I beam setup.I need one of the bushings that is on the Control arm that is the size of a beer can and has a nut in the middle ,It the one far behind the axle below the drivers seat. Are these a dealer item or does Moog make them. I also think I need the end sway bar bushings that are on the axle not the frame mounted ones, the end ones.Mine have the holes in the rubber egged out and they can move up and down freely.I tried to find a parts breakdown on this suspsension but couldnt find one.Thanx for any help.

Moog makes both and they should be availible at a local parts store. You need control arm bushings and sway bar end bushings. I had the I-Beams out when I replaced those bushings because I also replaced the axle pivot bushings. Not sure if its neccisary to remove the I-Beams for sway bar end bushings and control arm bushings. Good luck.

That bushing is called the Radius Arm bushing.

New MOOG sway bar end bushing area a huge improvement.

The best upgrade though is an '08+ front axle swap. It addresses both of those chronic problems with different designs, and also has much bigger brakes. It was one of the best upgrades I've made. I got the new take-off '09 axle from QuadVan, and the new swaybar from Ford (QuadVan reuses those).

Thanx guys ,are the moog swaybar bushings that mount to the frame any improvement,my stock ones are fine.
I'm still on my original sway/frame bushings at 312,000, no signs of wearing out. The Moogs probably would increase stiffness a little bit. But it seems like switching those bushings to polyurethane tends to create squeaks and groans (the end link bushing upgrade doesn't to that).
