I finaly tracked my oil leak back to the ICP sensor, it just barley drips at idle but once you get it reved up it come out nicly. I'm sure its not pretty under heavy load. I assume its time to just replace it as just yesterday my idle started to fluxuate. I see there are two part numbers for one for 94-95 trucks and the other for 96+ trucks. Are the sensors actually differnt IE: differnt thread, response voltage range etc? Or can you use a 96+ sensor on a 95? I have a 95 PSD. Also looking at a ICP on ebay for the 96+ it appears to look like it has a sealing O-ring. Could it be possible to just put a new o-ring on my current leaky one? Personly I would rather just replace it so I dont have to do it twice incase the o-ring and the sensor are both bad.
Thanks

Rales, here are the part numbers courtesy of Joat:

ICP Sensor
(Ford) F4TZ-9F838-A (94/95)
(Ford) F6TZ-9F838-A (96-up; marked Julian date 6318 or higher)
(International) (94/95) 1830669C92 $128
(International) (96-up) 1807329C92
ICP O-ring (Same as HP plugs and hoses)
(International) 1815874C1

I think the f6tz is the same as the f4tz, just an up dated version of the same part, the base is a different wrench size if I remember right. before I bought the f6, I'd wait till someone else confirms my info.....

If your icp is still good and you have the matching o-ring for the plugs in the high pressure oil rail, give that a try. I do remember some threads about the sensor bleeding oil up into the connector so I would check there also....
