got mine off of ebay. ford part in a sealed package. took me a week and a half to get it but the guy only ships once a week. didnt mind waiting i got it for $68 shipped.

If you have an IH dealer near you try them for a price, they are normally a lot better on prices.
Just give them the Ford P/N listed above and they can convert it to IH P/N.
