I have a question about the SCT X3 from Innovative Diesel. Does it come with custom tunes already on it and if so, do I get to pick wich ones I want before checking out?:shrug03: Any recomendations on what to get tunes for on a 2006 F-350? Only mod is 4" MBRP Exhaust.

Your heads will be fine unless you beat the crap out of it in EXTREME RACE mode too much... a Friend of mine has a X2 and his truck was fine with the tunes until he started driving with the Extreme Race on it everyday racing all over the place, then his heads started to leak a small bit. Just don't act like a 16yo w/ daddies truck and you'll be fine
My X3 came with a tune on it for my truck and it is pretty bad @ss. My budy tells me it isn't much to brag about compared to the Innovative Tunes. I just bought the tunes today, still waiting for the email so I can download the tunes into my X3.

Thanks, but I've decided to buy the program from someone else. It is a SCT SF3 with the pre-programed tunes. But about the studs, I will not use the highest tune, only the second highest. Would I still be OK? Any problems from anyone towing with lowest setting on this tuner?

My budy used his on aggressive tow when he hauls his 27 foot toy hauler... no problems.
