It does this after it is warmed up 30 minute drive or so. Usually after a minute or two of idling, a long light in the city. Feels like its going to stall when it gets to 500rpm, but then it goes back up to normal idle.

I've found one post with the same problem, but no solution. What's up with the ipr?

found it, loose sockets in the icp plug. All I had to do wa touch it while the motor was running and the idle went all crazy.

Probably caused by your 10k mod. When you wedge the extra wires in the connector, they get loose.
