Will the IDM mod work well with the mods listed in my sig., or will I be pushing it a little too hard with the powder metal rods in my 01. I have to keep this truck reliable.

Have you ever DYNO'd it?

If your under 400HP (which you are based on your listed mods) then it wont hurt to try. However, without a baseline DYNO run, your not going to know what, if any, change the IDM mod made.

No I have not had it on adyno yet, and I usualy run my 2K-18K mod in the 10K setting so I am sure that I am well under 500HP. Probably around 325 most of the time just going from what others post on here. I was just worried about other problems that could creep up.

Unless you have a tuner or chip in addition to your 10k (2-18) mod, your not anywhere near 325. More likely 250 and thats on the HIGH end. Intake and exhaust help with EGT's which allow you to run a hotter programmer to make more power.

Am I missing something in your signature that would warrant 325?
