I came across this article.
Ford limited slip rebuild
Incomplete though.
I don't really have the funds to do an upgrade to another type of Locker. Besides that I would have to set the gears up incurring more time and expense. It seems that you could just rebuild the stock unit and get it back to new for cheap. At the end of the article he mentions that some have had luck in adding a disk to the existing clutch pack. I suppose that would just place it under more tension?

Has anyone tried adding a disk to the clutch pack? Which disk would be added? Am I asking for trouble doing this and what is involved in removal and rebuilding the clutch pack?
