Are there any tips and tricks I shoud be aware of before I dive in tomorrow?? I have read through the instructions a couple of times and feel pretty comfortable with the job ahead just wondering if there is anything you have experienced when you did yours to make the job easier or whish you knew about.
Thanks

Make sure to get all of the carbon out of the tip of the brass injector sleeve where the copper washer sits. Yamaha penetrating fluid is the best stuff for disolving carbon, also a great carb cleaner fyi. Slather the o-rings with clean engine oil. TSP engine oil additive is an awsome assembly lubricant because its rather tacky and really slippery. It also wouldn't hurt to dip your finger into some oil and coat the injector bore with a little bit of oil. I only went as far as my finger could reach. Push straight down on the injector with the palm of your hand untill it stops, hook the hold down plate of the injector under the sholder bolt, then push down again with your palm with slightly more pressure untill you hear it "click/pop" into place. The torque for the bolts have gone from 106 in/lbs to 120 in/lbs. Fill the oil rails with clean engine oil before starting, get comfortable because it takes a while to fill the oil rail when just drizzling it in through the small port.
