Injector issues

I have been having issue with truck blowing black/white smoke (acrid like fuel)
I Pulled 3 injectors today to look at them. 2 out of 3 had o-rings that looked like the 1 in the pic.
Could that be causing my issue (I think truck is overfueling).
truck has new turbo egr is deleted 4 inch turbo back exhaust no tunes
