As long as the lines are close to the same length it won't matter, because fluids don't compress. The only practical difference will be the pressure drop, and the IP output pressure should be significantly above the injector open pressure.

Also, you can freely interchange lines from all years and models of IDI, if you need to bring the #4 line from E-series just bring the timing ferrule along it won't hurt anything.

If you straightened them out, not only would they no longer fit on the truck, but they would all be the same length.

NA and turbo have slightly different-length lines, but the difference is very slight and they are totally compatible.

As long as any replacement lines are within an inch or so of the original length they will probably work fine, but there's no excuse for that much variance anyway :)
