I own a 95 psd with 225k on it and never touched an injector just o-rings. anybody done the diy rebuilds from rosewood diesel and is it any good or should I go through a different company, rosewood don't seem to bad of a price and gives step by step instructions on doing it. any thoughts

Rosewood is good. I was going to use their kit to rebuild mine to stage 1s but I went ahead and had them do it so that they would be flow tested.

i just got 160's from rosewood seems simple enough

I bought all of the parts needed from a local injection shop. I thought it'd be cheaper that way because I had all the pictures nessecary from webshots to get my way through. It turned out that it worked out to the same price give or take a few bucks, plus I had to build my own holding fixture. So, Rosewood is deff not a rip off by any means.

yes rosewood is great price and gives good support i did mine with no issues

when you guys did it did you buy the pistons for 225 or take your own to a machine shop

My friendly neighbourhood machinist did an excelent job and only charged me $10 a piston. The Rosewood instructions were good.

i did buy them because i dont have anyone good to machine anything in my area
