Dp tuner says if I buy a tuner through them they will program it for my new "single shot" injectors (when I get them) for free. They handle brand new or reman Full Force Injectors. I was thinking about going with the 180cc but then the next questions are...

I'm not sure on nozzle size? Stock, 30, 80,100?
Will 180cc work alright instead of 160cc injectors?

Im leaving the original hpop... intake, exhaust, programmer, and turbo will be upgraded.

160 and 180cc are pretty close. The 180cc is just machined a little more.

The nozzle size is the game changer.

A 80% nozzle will be capable of 425hp but will run a little hotter, require more mods, and you won't see a huge torque gain.

The 100% nozzles aren't a good match with 160-180cc injectors. Better suited with bigger hybrids.

I would say go with the 30% nozzle.

A 160/30 is capable of 400rwhp. It will run great on the stock fuel system. It will also work great with the stock hpop.

That being said you will want a clutch and turbo upgrade.

I'd recommend a 38r or kc38r.
Or if those are too expensive. a van turbo with billet wheel.

I'd recommend a turbo a upgrade because the stock turbo with even a billet wheel will be pushed to 40+ psi. Past it's comfort zone for sure.

Ya I say 160cc over 180cc.
Maybe 5-10hp difference between the two with a 30% nozzle.

I'd say 160/30's are the best fit.

180's tend to be a tad smokier than the 160's and don't really offer any big noticeable HP gains with a stock or 30% nozzle. If you don't plan on modifying anything else, stick with the stock or 30% nozzle. Anything bigger than that and you will definitely need to upgrade the turbo to a GTP38R or bigger.

For towing medium to heavy loads, 160/stock or 160/30's are the perfect injector in my opinion.

Let me know if you have any other questions I can help you out with.
