Its not hard - the only caveat is that when you pull the injector - all the oil and fuel in the rails pours into the cylinder. You have to get that out before you crank it. Suck out what you can, and then pull the glow plug and turn the engine over slowly to expel the rest of it. I'll attach a how to file that has the torque specs.

Ignore the part about the injector cups unless you are planning on swapping those too. I wouldn't unless you have a problem.

There should be two little Screws that you should be able to remove to drain the oil. One is between the #1 and #3 injector and the other is between the #5 and #7 injector. you might have to lift up the valve cover gasket to see them. It will take 5 or 10 minutes to drain. will keep oil from gettin into the cylinder.
