I have a 2006 F350 SD, with MAC intake, im taklng it into the dealership to get a FICM replaced and want to install the stock intake.

I dont have one so i borrowed a buddies stock one from his 05. The thing is his has a IAT sensor and mine has a MAF sensor, so it wont fit in the intake. Is there anyway i can make this work ????

Thanks

i would call the dealer and ask them if they would warranty it i dont see any reason they would not warranty it because of that.
yeah i would call ford about it, they are getting strickt about intakes and exhaust but the worst ive ever gotten from them WHEN I TELL THEM it has intake or exhaust is make sure it has a cat and if it has high boost have the customer install the factory intake, but ford doesnt even have to get involved for a ficm and theres no way in hell anyone can relate a intake to ficm failure.
yeah call ford and they will get your money back.
