i've got an 04 f-350 and passenger side of bumper is lower then driver side, is there way to adjust it's height?

My '05 was the same and they are adjustable. Just a matter of loosening all bolts and adjusting , the retighten. Loctite is a good idea and a couple of extra arms are definitely handy.

4bolts on the front side. 2 next to each tow hook. just loosen a bit and adjust
