I always try to switch the front hubs manually every now and then in case the automatic switch (EOF) goes away. Anyways, today I washed the truck and decided to switch the hubs manually. After switching them from AUTO to LOCK and back to AUTO, I noticed suds (I think SOAP SUDS) comming out the HUB. Is this normal ? or is ther a problem with a seal ?

Thanks

I believe it is normal - at least I hope so since both of my trucks have done the same thing.

Now I guess I'm gonna have to go crawl under the truck today and check it out.
BTW, last summer, I had a buddy trading in his F350 about the time I needed tires. He let me have his unused spare (same brand that mine had) and I ended up only having to buy 2 new tires from the store.
Then I had the store mount one of my used tires on his spare rim and gave it back to him, he traded the truck a week later.
So it may be worth checking around if you know others looking to sell or trade their trucks.
