Well, I just finished putting my cab lights on. Everything was super easy up to the point you have to drill holes in your truck. I think I almost threw up on myself when I started drilling the first hole. It came out great and I am happy. I paid $109 for the lights and the wiring harness. It sure was better then the $500 everyone wanted to charge me. I used emotoman's directions. They were great but if you are going to do this to your 2010 superduty and have the satellite radio, know that the harness goes to the driver side, NOT THE PASSENGER side like everything says. Just follow the cable from your satellite radio antenna. Next comes the DPF/CAT delete and EGR block.

Looks good, are they OEM or aftermarket?
I've been afraid to try it

They are OEM. I wanted the truck to look like it came with them. I actually bought them off ebay from a Ford dealership in Illinois. Here is the link, he even ships them with a receipt from the parts department so they are covered under ford warranty.

What drill bit did you use for this? anything special?
Each light has 3 holes if you use the OEM lights. The hole for the light electrical plug was 7/8" and the 2 holes for the screws were 1/4". I really dont know what the bit is called that I used but I got it at lowes and it is shaped like a cone. The cone has markings on in that go from 1/8" - 1". I went in to lowes and told the tool guy what I was doing and it was what he showed me. It worked great. Its with the other drill bits.

It's called a step bit. It will save you a ton of time.

Nice job on the lights. I'm going to be tackling that job soon myself. My truck has the sat radio. Thanks for the heads up on the connector being on the drivers side.
If you order them from that Ford dealer on ebay that I put the link to, you just have to make sure you tell them that you have the SAT radio because they will send you the harness that also has the sat radio cable integrated in it.
