Just put my Dp tuner in and love it, however just 2 concerns, one in the 40T settin it sort of bangs when the torque converter locks up.

Second: this has bin going on before i got the chip but my turbo when the truck shifts is making a screeching noise. It sounds like the turbo is slowing down and screeching inbetwwen sifts but MOSTY when The TOrque COnverter locks and it shifts into OverDRive..

what do you guys thinks about these 2 things? THANKS

If by 40T you mean the 40 Tow program then yes, it will shift hard unloaded. The Tow programs were designed to be used when towing and the shift strategy is programed accordingly.

Have you checked your turbo for bearing wear? Check the radial runout and shaft endplay. If the condition is severe you may see evidence of the compressor wheel striking the compressor housing.
