I just picked up a 1999 F250 supercab 4x4 V10 longbed
116,000 miles XLT auto a solid truck looks and runs great!
my question is there something I should do or not regarding the spark plugs? Do I go with the if it ain't broke don't fix it or should I replace the plugs?I heard they blow out on these motors
Am I opening up a can of worms just trying to do a little Pm?

Congrats on the mighty V10 bad boy.
I always recommend keeping fresh plugs in that have anti seize on the threads.
I have heard of some blowing out. You might want to do a search for TSB on the issue. If non found, I say, new plugs with anti seize installed with a torque wrench.

Hey, are you going to look into a Vortex supercharger?

actually I don't know what to do with it! LMFAO
I bought it from a guy that was in a bind and needed some fast cash
currently I have a 6.7 so not gonna hop it up
I googled 99 6.8 and read some of these motors like to pop plugs
I was gonna let my girl drive it this winter if I don't resell it before the snow flies
I was just looking for some advice from you guys if there is something I should do to it
Thanks for your replies in advance
