Well for those of you who know i just rebuilt my axle and installed new ball joints. Quick question though. Even though they have no grease in them yet (axle is still off truck) and i torqued them to spec, it is extremely hard to pivot the knuckle. Is this expected being that they are brnad new and no grease or weight on them?

They should be extremely stiff / difficult to move, that is 100% normal.
