Just wondering if anyone else has noticed that the company, Knife River, had been purchasing a bunch of the new 250 and 350 6.4's? Knife river is a utility company. I've personally seen them in Portland and Boise, Id. Anyone on here work or know of someone that works for Knife River? Also, do the dealers that work with these guys get them better pricing than x-plan? Thanks alot, Nick

We get somewhere around 4K off invoice through our program with Ford. I just wish they would offer it to the employee's. I get x-plan, but that is not real accomplishment. We have a similar program with Dodge where the employees get the same pricing. I can go get a new loaded crewmax for 6K under invoice, but I wont.

I work for Knife River in Harrisburg. It was Morse Bros Inc. in the Portland/Willamette Valley/Oregon area. They own alot of construction/materials companies in Oregon and throughout the United States. Knife River bought Morse Bros about 10 years ago they are owned by Montana Dakota Utilities (MDU). They have always bought or leased fords.
