I have an oil leak that looks like it is coming from the front cover. He has that alldata program and it tells him that the labor to remove the front cover and repalce the gasket is 23 hours. I have my alldata info that states it should be around 10-13 hours. I am just trying to get the right feel on what it would be to change that. Is it really 23 or is it closer to 10-13?

I think the two of you are looking at r/r labor rates on different parts. If you need to pull the front gear cover then the oil pan must be removed, this requires the engine to be pulled out so 23hrs sounds right.
