Truck has been sitting for a couple of months. Got it going again this past weekend. For 3 days it drove fine no problems at all. Today, I came home from work. As soon as I turned the truck off oil started pouring out of the front of the engine. Can someone please look at the pictures and give me some thoughts??

The front of the engine has a limited number of oil leak sources. There are two end rail plugs for the high pressure oil rails in the front of each head. The oil pump is up front behind the harmonic balancer. A cracked front cover could technically leak, but I would call that one rare. You really need to further isolate the source. I would suggest degreasing it and let it run for a few minutes and then start swabbing those areas with a paper towel.

Quick update: Haven't started the truck up at all since it was initially parked and started leaking oil. Ran home from work for a minutes at lunchtime and just so happen to look at the truck. Just sitting there it's leaking oil from it. Still haven't determined where, but with it not running and leaking oil, kind of makes me think there a crack in the block somewhere? Thoughts??

Don't jump to the conclusion that the block is cracked. Very rare for that to happen. Clean it off and possibly add some UV dye to the oil if you're still having trouble with finding the source. Available at most parts stores. You'll need a UV light source (I have a tiny flashlight that I got with some fluorescent tinting powder.)
