Leak

Hello, 2011 f350 notice a little drip spot at front off to driver side. Truck has been sitting for 2 days. Was under it trying to find what was leaking. I will attach a pic but found those throw front driver side wheel well. Not the most mechanically inclined, any idea what it is? Thanks for looking!
