Does anyone know who makes a leveling kit or a lift kit for 4x2 trucks. I can find them anywhere.

this has been covered.. There is nothing! You can lower the rear.. Or use Fabtech 6 inch front and 4 or so in the rear lift

also procomp 6" will level it, albeit a bit higher than stock

2" ain't gonna do it. I went that route befor the lift kit. The daystars did help. You will have sever positive camber. (top of tire tilting noticibly outward). I bought some 4 degree bushigs to adjsut for it but never got around to installing them. FWIW the PSD daystars are the same part as for the ford ranger. Not too comforting...
