Probably OPS. They fail too often. With the engine running, it should supply 12+ to the lift pump.

Lift Pump for 6.5TD
Just noticed that the lift pump on my 1994 Suburban w/ teh 6.5TD is not running. Used to be that if I would bump the key, it would run for 30 sec. or so. Now it just does not run. Question is, is it the pump, OPS, relay or what. How do I find out? Would check on the 6.2/6.5 page, but don't feel like joining to ask one question.
