My 05 F250 has the factory 6-CD unit.

Has anyone replaced their factory radio/CD player with an OEM Nav unit like comes optional on a Lincoln Navigator?

My wifer's '07 Lincoln LT didn't come with nav so we bought the replacement Pioneer unit. Very nice setup.

the Ford unit is made by Pioneer but I recall when the Expedition came out with a NAV unit, the answer was they wouldn't work in older trucks - something about the communications in newer versus older trucks.

Pioneer makes two others. Search for the AVIC forum.
