I was wondering why the Fan rev up for about 20 seconds and go back down. It sounds like a Plane taking off. Thanks

When taking off? Or under load while driving?

It runs till you hit about 30 miles an hour usually then cuts off to save energy with air cooling. If it runs any other time besides when the heats getting a little hot(towing, flyin up hills, etc.) then you might check your fan relay.
