Just got my truck back from the shop yesterday. They replaced all my injectors and then it was running rough. They had a hard time figuring it out and tried swapping in a different pcm and ficm which made no difference. They changed the ipr valve and that fixed all the problems and it runs great now. I was driving it and came up to a corner and then I tried to take off and had no throttle and a wrench symbol on my instrument panel. I checked and it had a bunch of codes for several circuits out of range low like the icp, exhaust back pressure, turbo boost and a few others. Shut truck off and restarted but didn't make a difference. I put the truck in reverse and idled back home in reverse. At the end of the day, I unhooked and reconnected my pcm connectors, restarted the truck and everything seemed fine. Then I shut the door from the outside and the engine idle stumbled for a second. Retried and it stumbles every time I shake the truck from the outside. I figure it must be a bad connection somewhere but where do you think it could be? Its kinda crazy. Any advice would be great, thanks.

Check the 3 connectors on the bottom of the FICM, they have to be 100% snapped into place. The locking tabs on each side of the connector have to click to be locked and secure.
