ok so I have a MBRP 4" and it just not loud enough need some advice on making it louder. will sct make it louder? what about 5" how much louder will switching to one make it. any other ideas??

I have kind of wondering that myself. Mine is just not loud enough. I have heard a 5 inch hurts your low end performance.

try a 03 turbo oh yes it will be much louder i love the sound my 03 gives me,killed the cat straight back duals.

Yes the SCT makes it way louder, especially at 4200rpm's. The 5 inch is louder, but kills your low end, but then again, that just means you need injectors and a new turbo, but thats just me.

I agree. 03 Turbo, straight pipe is the loudest possible. I have 5" on my truck, it is the loudest thing in the area! Can hear it from a mile away.....

or.. 4 inch straight and just add like 36 inches of 5 or 6 inch tip to the end.. it makes a big difference.
