I have a scan gauge II and while key on engine off i get the following
14.8 IPR
0 ICP
47.5 FICM
0 SYC

while cranking
IPR goes right up to 84.7 ( I have heard that is bad?)
ICP gets up to 37 only (need 500 to start?)
FICM stays around 47.5
SYC 1
any ideas whats wrong here?

it all started when i turned off the truck to talk to someone and then i tried to start it back up and it wouldnt start.

You most likely have a high pressure oil leak someplace. You didn't say what year the truck is. (Some years have specific areas where you might start looking.) Even with a year model, it will still take some testing to find it, but that is what I would be looking for.
